I just tested it on my system and I get the same results so I very sure its because that is not apart of the feature for the Nivo Slider. The only other way to know is to visit xara.com website and send them a support ticket about the issue.
To the best of my knowledge I don’t think it allows website linking even though the option doesn’t show disabled for photo slider.
hy mate! sorry, I got a problem, I did perfectly the photo slideshow widget with photo and all. eveything is fine, unique problem, in 2 different photos of the slideshow I selected in WEBPROPERTIES having a link to a webpage, so people can easiyl click on the photoslideshow and going in another page. IT DONE’S T WORK. when the widget is created you go on the photo but THERE IS NOT LINK. I tryed to give a link to the page previosly when I created the photo but nothing happend!

Were you able to accomplish everything you needed too?
You would need to watch Xara tutorials lessons 94 to 96 and that should help you better understand on how to keep certain elements consistent. If you haven’t already I would recommend watching the tutorials in order based on how the lessons are setup. The tutorials are setup in lessons so that you always know where you left off at… by the way the first xara tutorial is lesson 00 so make sure you start there.

I’m creating my home page (index) with all the bottons, the widgets etc.. then, when I create new pages for my website I want that they are pages exactly looks like the HOME page (index) I mean when my website’ll be finish my pages must be the same, same graphics and botton of navigation bar etc? thanks!
If you run into any problems navigating our channel to find a tutorial let us know. If you do and we find this to be a common problem for a large number of our viewers we will look at ways to streamline the process for easier access to finding the training materials you need for web designer.
I have a tutorial on adding social media widgets… take a look at lesson 98 it will show you one method of adding Facebook, Google plus etc… to your website in a more convenient way rather than adding them one by one. I would always check our Youtube channel before making a request to make sure we don’t already have a tutorial for your needs.
Their are thousands of buttons for twitter, facebook etc… I recommend doing a google search for social media icons and then drag that into xara web designer. After that just give the buttons a link that goes directly to your social media networks.
thank you!! ehy listen another thing, I don’t know hot to put inside my homepage the tiny square botton “f” (inside a blue square) “t” for twitter etc…how can I doing it? you know, in manyh websites there are these 3 or 4 bottons square same size and if you click on one of them you go directly to your FUN page of your website (on facebook, twitter, googleplus etc). I d like to add this little squares on the top of my homepage banner.

It depends on the website widget your are adding. Depending on how the creator setup the widget it might have to be embedded differently into web site. I would need you to send me a direct link to the widgets and the ones that you want to display on your website. You can send me a direct message on Youtube with the links and the names of widgets you want.
hi guys!! please help me! I found many usefull widget (that are not in the list of the XARA proigram) but to be able to add them inside my xara web page from internet, I need to add the HTML code, where and how can I put it to be able to add a widget??? thank you!!
